The corporate planning approach was applied in the smart command and control center at an international airport located in Dubai, which is one of the top ten airports in the world, to focus this approach on institutional performance and achieving the strategic management objectives of the center, where the key to facilitating the planning process was identifying the appropriate team members and the method of implementing The process is towards achieving goals and objectives, so work was done to define the goals of the center in simple and clear words for the employees and help them plan for possible changes in the future to deal with them. The latest technologies and systems to monitor the performance of officers in the passport control area inside the airport to facilitate procedures for travelers and verify the work of systems and networks, so that the center calculates the waiting time in all queues to enable it to send an alert in case of emergency, delay or any defect.​


It was agreed that these processes are continuous processes that require a firm commitment, which does not mean that the management team should be burdened with endless work and meetings because the laid plans are designed and facilitated properly to guide the team efficiently through organizational goals that are to achieve the best performance of the team, As the administrative planning activities contributed to transforming the fixed plan into a system that provides feedback on the strategic performance of the decision-making process, to enable the plan to develop and grow with the change of requirements and other circumstances so that each plan leads to the achievement of the purpose and objectives of the organization.​
